The Wall Panel Installation Machine is specially designed for the handling and erection of precast lightweight concrete, Acotec, EPS, ALC, AAC, and other types of interior and exterior partition wall panels. This versatile and highly practical machine is widely used and valued by construction and installation contractors for its efficiency and ease of operation.
En wall panel installation machines integrates both electric and hydraulic power systems, ensuring smooth operation in demanding construction environments. Its primary function is to move and lift wall panels on the construction site and position them into an upright installation position.
En wall panel is first moved into place by the installation trolley.
Once in position, the machine lifts the panel into the vertical position using hydraulic power and can be controlled via a handheld device.
The lifting process begins with the panel being picked up from the horizontal position and rotated into the vertical position for installation.
The machine is battery-operated, with a charging device that supports 120 – 230 VAC / 50/60 Hz and comes with a plug connection. After a full charge, it can operate continuously for 8-10 hours without interruption.
The machine is designed to lift and install panels up to a maximum weight of 1000 kg, with a width of 600 mm and a length (height) of up to 7200 mm.

Electric Drive System
The DC 48V drive battery powers the wall panel installation machine, providing efficient energy for operation. This electric drive system effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers during panel handling and positioning. The drive motor of the installation trolley can be easily controlled via the handbrake handle, with a built-in emergency power cut-off for added safety.
Hydraulic Power System
The hydraulic power system is fueled by the machine’s battery, generating high-pressure oil to operate various essential functions. It controls the five-link hydraulic directional valve, enabling precise management of the lifting, support, left-right side shift, 360-degree rotation, and hydraulic clamp for efficient wall panel installation.
Left, Right, Forward, and Backward Shift Device
The steering handle controls the movement of the installation trolley, allowing for precise shifting left, right, forward, and backward, ensuring seamless panel handling and positioning within tight spaces.
